Items are usually shipped via UPS within two weeks of purchase.
I am happy to offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase.
You will be responsible for the cost of shipping returned or exchanged items. Please call or email to inquire about custom orders.
All custom orders are non-returnable and final sale.
In the event of cracked, chipped, or missing stones, worn bezels, or broken pieces, please contact us directly to discuss repairs.
